2026-10-23 07:32:39 +00:00 | 222 commits to main since this releaseKioku is a tracker for anime, manga, light novels and visual novels that runs on your own computer. It is made first for Windows and works on macOS and Linux too. Your library lives in a database on your computer, syncs with AniList, MyAnimeList, AniDB, Kitsu, MangaBaka, Shikimori, Simkl, Bangumi and VNDB, sends to Trakt, plays your episodes in mpv or follows the player you already use, reads your manga and light novels, and lets you watch together with friends. Kioku speaks English, Slovak and Czech.
New in 2.126.0
- Renaming a tag takes everything that names it along: the score it stands for, its loved mark, its place in Up next, its colour and the saved lists that filter by it. Deleting one takes them away, and both can be undone from the message that follows.
- Tags that are custom lists on AniList say so in tag management, and renaming one to a name that is no list, or deleting it, first says how many titles leave the list there.
- Typing a tag that is already in use, without its emoji or in other letters' case, adds the one in use, so "masterpiece" is your Masterpiece with its score and its AniList list. Enter adds what you typed rather than the most used suggestion.
- The library table can show a column of your own tags, and sorting by score places titles you never scored by the score their tags stand for.
- A tag of up to 100 characters now goes to your Kioku account too; a longer one stopped that title from syncing.
- Searching "#loved" finds a tag with a heart after it, and the cards of Planning open the title's page from their name.
